Rest assured, the app does not write to or modify your Health data in any way. All data processing is performed entirely on your device, ensuring your privacy is maintained at all times.

You have the flexibility to customize the move, exercise, and stand criteria to align with your preferred settings or personal goals. Additionally, you can select the specific time period you’d like to analyze.

Once your preferences are set, simply tap the Fetch Ring Data button to view your results. The app will generate a graphical representation of your activity data for the selected time period, allowing you to easily visualize and track your performance over time.
